Payment and Delivery

DELIVERY

We deliver via Nova Poshta to any location in Ukraine. Choose the delivery method that suits you best and await your order. You can easily track the delivery status on the Nova Poshta website.

Please note! Packages are stored free of charge at the post office for 7 working days, after which the goods are returned to the sender.

DELIVERY TIME

• Delivery time across Ukraine is from 1 day, depending on the location and delivery method (address, branch, or parcel locker).
• If you place an order before 3:00 PM, we will hand over the package to the courier for delivery on the same day.

Delivery is free for orders over 2000 UAH. For orders under 2000 UAH, delivery is charged according to the courier’s rates.

You can pay for your order via bank transfer in the most convenient way: at a bank branch, via payment terminals, or through online banking services (Privat24, Monobank).
